Kristy not only provided fantastic guidance on how to best prepare our home for selling, she had a ton of excellent contacts at very reasonable prices that allowed us to move very quickly. From swapping out the hot water tank, fresh paint, staging, to notaries that were available over the Christmas holidays, Kristy’s recommendations were always spot on. She was proactive in catching issues that could impact a future buyer’s decision and recommended solutions all within our tight timeline.
But what really sets Kristy apart is her genuine care for her clients. She kept us informed and checked in personally as she knew we were going through a lot of stress with the move. Her responsiveness made it feel like we were her only clients. If she didn’t answer the phone immediately (rare), we received a message right away about her availability to chat. Our best interest was clearly her priority and she delivered. She worked tirelessly through 30+ inquiries, 8 open houses and 8 offers to get us to an accepted offer we were very happy with just in time to breathe easy over Christmas.
The only regret we have is that we didn’t work with Kristy years ago when first buying our townhouse.
