Kristy Mattiazzo has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®.

The coveted Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This designation is only awarded to real estate practitioners, or REALTORS®, who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. This includes successfully completing the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation Course, as well as other specialized training.

What does an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) do?

Essentially, a Buyer’s representative (also known as a buyer’s agent) is solely an advocate for the Buyer in a real estate transaction. Real estate laws and regulations can be complex, but buyer’s representatives usually owe full legal duties, such as confidentiality, to their clients. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), you can feel confident that Kristy will work in your best interests throughout the entire real estate transaction, and that you will receive the highest level of Buyer-representation services available.  You gain VIP status when you make an agreement to have Kristy represent you.  Previewing homes so that you are making the most of your time and viewing homes without all of the decision makers present are prime examples of how Kristy will go above and beyond.
